Evolve Paintball Ltd began life as DCM Engineering Ltd. DCM was founded in 1999 to do general precision engineering works for a variety of customers, whilst at the same time develop a field gun to rival the Tippman and the Inferno. After 2 years development the Morpheus field gun was launched, although initially with some defects, it has continually been improved and can now be said to be the best, most user friendly field marker on the market. In 2003, PeeGee, a player well known on the circuit, approached the company with a view to using his considerable paintballing knowledge alongside our extensive engineering skills to design and manufacture a new range of performance enhancing products. From this synergy of abilities Evolve Paintball Ltd was born, with a view to taking the best of engineering technology and aligning it with the hands-on knowledge that a player of PeeGee’s ability brings. Delivery Where an item is in stock, your order will be despatched on the same day, assuming that the order is received and processed before 3pm UK time. All UK orders are sent using their next day service through Interlink Express Ltd. Orders from the rest of the world will be sent through DHL Worldwide Express, on a 2-4 day basis. Evolve Paintball Ltd can make no guarantees as to the exact date of delivery, since once the goods have left our factory we have no control over the shipper. DHL offer an online tracking service, and you will be given a unique reference number, so that you may follow the progress of your order by logging on to www.dhl.com Out Of Stock Items Within 24 hours of placing your order you will be informed as to whether the item is in stock. If an item is not in stock you can choose to amend or cancel your order, or wait till the item is back in stock. We will advise you of the approximate despatch date for items that are out of stock at time of ordering. Tax For orders despatched to locations within the UK & EU, the prevailing UK VAT rate (currently 17.5%) will be charged. For all other orders the goods will be supplied without any form of tax added. Customers should check their local customs rules regarding any import tax or other charges they may have to pay. Payment Methods PayPal handles all our online store transactions. You can pay using any method they accept, such as Credit Cards & bank balance transfers. Transactions are currently accepted in US Dollars (Pounds Sterling & Euro coming soon). If your card’s native currency is not one of these then your card provider will handle the currency conversion using their own exchange rates and may charge you an additional fee for the transaction. Security and credit card fraud issues are taken very seriously by Evolve Paintball Ltd and as such we will process only those transactions sanctioned by PayPal. All goods remain the property of Evolve Paintball Ltd until payment is received in full. You may also pay by cheque (your order will be processed manually). As our customer you are entitled to cancel your order within seven days of ordering, or within seven days of receiving the goods (whichever is longer). If you choose to cancel the order after the goods have been despatched to you, we will make a refund of the goods value within thirty days of you cancellation notice. However, the cost of sending the goods to you and the cost returning the goods to us must be borne by you. Only written cancellation notices can be accepted and should be sent to cancellations@evolvepaintball.com, stating your order acknowledgement number. We will then contact you to arrange the return of goods and refund.
